This California Applicant Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how DNA Logistix (“DNA Logistix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses the personal information of job applicants who are California residents. This Notice is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”).

• Sensitive personal information, such as Social Security number and driver's license number, collected only where necessary for employment, payroll, tax, or background-check purposes.

We use and disclose sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted under the CCPA/CPRA and do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

How We Use Applicant Personal Information

We use applicant personal information to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you about the application and hiring process, conduct background and reference checks where applicable, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and maintain the security and integrity of our operations.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose applicant personal information to service providers who assist with recruiting, applicant tracking, and background screening, and to third parties as required by law. We do not sell or share the personal information of applicants, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

We retain applicant personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and to comply with our legal obligations.

Subject to certain exceptions, California applicants have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected

  • Delete personal information we have collected from you

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share applicant personal information)

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted under the CCPA/CPRA, so this right does not apply)

  • Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights
