The DNA Logistix Operations Support Center, or OSC, is a dedicated team of DNA employees based in Barranquilla, Colombia, fully embedded in our clients' day-to-day operations. The OSC started as our own solution to staffing, dispatching, and managing complex logistics work at scale. Today, it is one of our most differentiated capabilities.
